You can exchange your product within 14 days of receipt in original, unworn condition.

• Email us at with your name and order number, and which items you would like to exchange for.
• Mail your item to 333 Kreta Ayer Road 03-21 Singapore 080333. We will not be liable for lost mail should it be sent via regular mail. Shipping will be borne by the customer.
• Or do a one-to-one exchange directly at our shop locations.

• A SG$4 shipping fee will apply for domestic exchange.
• A SG$8 shipping fee will apply for international exchanges.
• Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged. We will only accept purchase exchange ONCE.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on earrings.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or receiving your orders for a cash refund via the original mode of payment.
If you made your purchase in-store, returns must be made at the original store of purchase within 7 days.

Returns via store credit can be made within 14 days of purchase or receipt.
Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Sale items are non-returnable. 
• To be eligible for a return store credit, email us at to enquire about eligibility.
• Make sure that your items are back at our HQ within 14 and 21 days respectively. 
• Items must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact.
• All items must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewelry. Any returns received damage will not be refunded.
• Sale items cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a different item or store credit.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email; with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number. We'll get in touch to have your item replaced.

Once we've received the package, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. An email update will be sent once we process your return and refund your original method of payment. It can take up to 3-7 business days for refunds to appear back on your credit card or PayPal account.

We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. For orders outside of Singapore there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Curious Creatures will not cover or reimburse these fees.
