How do I customize an engravable jewelry?
Step 1: Choose your piece
Our Engravables collection features rings, bracelets and pendants in various designs to suit different occasions, styles and preferences.
Step 2: Select option to add engraving
Rings are engravable on the front only, while most pendants can be engraved on both sides for extra personalization.
Step 3: Enter your message
Please note that character limit varies by design. You will be prompted if the message exceeds the engravable area.
Step 4: Select your preferred font and font size
Font size may look different for different font types. Change it up to see which looks the best with your selected design!
Step 5: Confirm your preview and add to cart
You will also receive a preview of your engraving in your order confirmation.

How much does it cost?
Engraving is complimentary at the point of purchase or within 30 days of purchase.
For engraving within 30 days of purchase:
- A valid order number is required for complimentary engraving services
- After engraving is done, you can opt for self collection at your preferred store or have it shipped to your address for $2.50
For engraving after 30 days of purchase:
- A $10 service fee is chargeable
- Our store representative will also do an assessment to determine the surface is still suitable for engraving
- After engraving is done, you can opt for self collection at your preferred store or have it shipped to your address for $2.50
All sales are final for engraved items, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Which jewelry can I engrave on?
All jewelry under our 'Engravables' collection can be engraved. Engravable area varies by design, but you can preview what fits before confirming.

Can I purchase an engravable jewelry without adding any engraving?
Yes, absolutely! Engraving is optional.
What can I engrave? How many words can I engrave? What is the character limit?
You can engrave English alphabets and selected punctuations!
Engravable area and character limit varies by design, but you can preview what fits before confirming.
Can I see a preview of the engraving?
Yes, you can preview the engraving before adding to cart. You will also receive the preview in your order as a reference.
Can I engrave in other languages?
We can only engrave in English alphabets at this moment. So if the language uses the regular English alphabets, then yes!
What are the engravable jewelry made of?
They're made of 925 sterling silver. Each piece is electroplated with 1-micron 18k Champagne Gold, Rose Gold or Rhodium, and finished with an additional coat for longer-lasting wear.
Can I bring my own non-Curious Creatures jewelry for engraving?
No, we do not do engraving on non-Curious Creatures pieces.
Can I bring my own Curious Creatures jewelry (purchased previously) for engraving?
Not all our jewelry can be engraved as the process requires specially designed templates to do so.
Currently, we only accept ad-hoc engraving for our Flat Signet Ring if you have previously purchased one from us. Please note:
- A valid order number is required
- Our store representative will do an assessment to determine if the surface is still suitable for engraving
- We reserve the right to reject any ad-hoc engraving request if the jewelry is deem unsuitable for engraving

What is the lead time for placing an order? Can I collect on the same day?
A lead time of 2–3 working days applies all online and in-store engravable orders. We want you to receive your pieces as soon as possible, so we’ll do our best to fulfill them at the earliest!
Can I watch the process of engraving if I make a purchase in-store?
Unfortunately the engraving is done at the back of house, hence you won't be able to watch the process.
