- A SGD25 deposit is required to confirm each appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of your permanent jewelry (non-refundable if you don't show up, decide not to proceed during your appointment, cancel or reschedule* less than 12 hours before your slot).
*To reschedule less than 12 hours before your slot, please make another booking on the calendar and make payment for another deposit. The total deposit(s) paid will be deducted from the cost of your permanent jewelry during your appointment. Please write in to us at zapped@curiouscreatures.cc once you have booked another appointment due to rescheduling less than 12 hours before your slot. - You are to ensure that you are comfortable with the fit when we measure your wrist/ankle/finger before zapping. Any size adjustments after zapping is chargeable.
- The minimum age to get a permanent jewelry is 12. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The 30-day warranty for permanent jewelry covers breakage caused by welding issues, i.e. breakage at the welded point.
- Warranty is valid for bracelets and anklets only, for repair in Singapore. We are not able to fix your bracelet or anklet if you reside overseas. The warranty does not cover:
- Length adjustments after zapping (resizing)
- If the jewelry is removed intentionally
- Damage or breakage caused by general wear and tear, such as but not limited to (a) chain and charm breaking as a result of catching onto fabrics and apparels, (b) scratches, (c) stretching/bending/distortion of chain and charms.
- There is no warranty for permanent rings.
- For re-welding services outside the warranty period, there is a SGD10 service charge. This service includes a supplementary 7-day warranty covering any breakage caused by welding issues, i.e. breakage at the welded point.
- All chains and charms are subjected to availability at the time of each appointment.
- We do not sell charms on its own unless welded onto our personalised jewelry chains or permanent jewelry.
- We do not provide welding or repair services for non Curious Creatures pieces.
- You do not have any medical or other conditions that will impair your ability to participate in the welding procedure necessary to obtain permanent jewelry.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for this service. All sales are final.
- Redemption of Curious Insider birthday discount and reward points is not applicable for this service.
- We reserve the rights to reschedule or cancel your appointment (with a refund in deposit) in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that impedes our ability to fulfill a permanent jewelry appointment.

When chain(s) and charm(s) from our Permanent Jewelry collection are made into a bracelet or anklet with a clasp from the start, it is considered personalised jewelry. Please refer to the tab under ‘Personalised Jewelry’ for more details.
If your Permanent Jewelry was initially zapped without a clasp and a clasp is added later, it is not considered personalised jewelry. The addition of a clasp falls under our re-welding service, which comes with a supplementary 7-day warranty. This warranty covers breakage caused by welding issues—specifically, any breakage at the newly welded point (see point 7 above for details).
By making an appointment or getting a permanent jewelry with us, you acknowledge that:

- You do not have any medical or other conditions that will impair your ability to participate in the welding procedure necessary to obtain permanent jewelry
- A deposit is required to confirm each appointment, the amount varies depending on the service you have selected:
- Piercing appointment: SGD50
- Piercing check up appointment: SGD35 - The minimum age to get a piercing is 12. Individuals under 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultation.
- The deposit will be deducted from the cost of the service you have selected, where applicable, but non-refundable if you don't show up, decide not to proceed during your appointment, cancel or reschedule* less than 12 hours before your slot.

- You are required to sign a waiver, release and consent form prior to getting pierced.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, strictly only the piercee can be in the studio during the procedure.
- We reserve the rights to cancel your appointment if you are found to be unsuitable to get a piercing for any reasons we deem so.
- All piercing jewelry are subjected to availability at the time of each appointment.
- Redemption of Curious Insider birthday discount and reward points is not applicable for this service.

Personalised jewelry refers to bracelets and necklaces from our 14k fine collection that you can customise with your choice of charms. The charms are securely looped onto the bracelet, anklet or necklace and are non-removable—they cannot be taken out or transferred to another chain.
When chain(s) and charm(s) from our permanent jewelry collection are made into a bracelet or anklet with a clasp from the start, it’s considered personalised jewelry.
If your permanent jewelry was initially zapped without a clasp and a clasp is added later, it is not considered personalised jewelry and the below warranty does not apply. Please refer to the first tab under 'Permanent Jewelry' for more details.
Personalised jewelry are:
- Not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds. All sales are final.
- Eligible for a 12 month warranty, similar to our 14k fine collection, with the below exceptions.
This warranty does not cover:
- Loss of item
- Damages that come from the following but not limited to:
- scratches, loosening/loss of gemstones, bent jewelry, broken chain from wear and tear, careless use or rough wear; and/or
- tarnishing, discolouration from chemical exposure or improper storage
Repair charges outside of the warranty period or the above will be borne by the customer. Repairability is subjected to assessment by our customer service team or store representatives.
