Retail Ambassador (Part-time / Full-time)

We’re looking for curious individuals with a fun, loving personality, who is motivated and driven to be part of our retail team. A key figure in providing the Curious Creatures offline brand experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversees daily store operations; e.g. opening and closing, cashiering, customer service, stock-take exercise, store cleanliness.
- Provide the best in-store customer service and experience.
- Ensure visual merchandising is always on-point.
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers.
- Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
- Achieve or exceed sales and growth targets.
- Planning and executing any in-store activities when required.
- Gather and report customer feedback and overall sales performance.
Full-time requirements
- Singaporeans and PRs only
- 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
- Independent and responsible
- Retail experience will be an advantage

E-commerce & Operations Executive
In this role, you will oversee the seamless functioning of e-commerce operations within the organization. This includes managing online sales platforms, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment and delivery processes.
E-Commerce Management
- Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including but not limited to order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics
- Monitor website performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall user experience
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for search engines
- Update website content such as banners, images and information to ensure it is updated and accurate
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including email and calls
- Providing customer support and conflict resolution (if any) based on inquiries received via email and calls
- Follow up with return/refunds/exchange procedures for all sales channel
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the e-commerce platform, payment processing and/or order fulfillment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations, implementing new technologies and processes as needed
- Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory turnover
Inventory Management
- Inventory management for online and in-stores, perform regular stock take to ensure healthy stock levels and manage any discrepancy
- Monitor, manage inventory and propose buying quantity based on sell through and sales data
- Manage consignment and market place sales, inventory and delivery
- Quality checks and tagging of products
- Coordinate with retail operations to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Manage goods receiving from and returning to production house
Others
- Assist in retail as and when required

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
