Mondays to Fridays delivery only
No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, will be delivered on the next working day

We do not ship Home Goods outside of Singapore at the moment.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel drop-off points. Kindly provide a valid residential or business address for delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss of items if such addresses are provided.

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you the tracking number by email after your parcel is handed over to our delivery partners.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND MORE...
We ship to the shipping address listed in your order, please ensure that the address is correct and in FULL to prevent any shipping delays or errors.
Incomplete shipping addresses will result in return mail to sender - additional shipping charge will be imposed for reshipping or self-collection at the shop.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges, and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
In the event that you choose not to pay the applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, your parcel will be returned to us before we can process a refund. However, please note that any administrative fees charged by the customs and/or shipping agency for the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
