via J&T Express: 2 - 4 working days

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, will be delivered on the next working day

We do not ship Home Goods outside of Singapore at the moment.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel drop-off points. Kindly provide a valid residential or business address for delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss of items if such addresses are provided.
International Shipping
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, any applicable taxes, or import fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees may fluctuate due to exchange rates. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Address & Contact Number
We ship to the shipping address provided in your order. Please ensure that your address is correct and complete to avoid delivery delays or errors.
A valid contact number is required to facilitate delivery.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in the parcel being returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping, or you may choose to self-collect from our store.
Tracking
All shipments have tracking numbers. The tracking number will be sent to you by email after your parcel is handed over to our shipping partner.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
You are responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or duties incurred on your purchase or shipment, as imposed by the destination country’s customs authority or shipping carrier. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Refused Customs Payments / Returned Parcels
If you choose not to pay the applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, your parcel will be returned to us before we can process a refund.
Please note that original shipping fees and any administrative fees charged by customs and/or the shipping agency for the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
