Is engraving free?
Yes! Engraving is complimentary for pet charms at the point of purchase or within 30 days of purchase.
For engraving within 30 days of purchase:
- A valid order number is required for complimentary engraving services
- After engraving is done, you can opt for self collection at your preferred store or have it shipped to your address for $2.50
For engraving after 30 days of purchase:
- A $10 service fee is chargeable
- Our store representative will also do an assessment to determine the surface is still suitable for engraving
- After engraving is done, you can opt for self collection at your preferred store or have it shipped to your address for $2.50
All sales are final for engraved items, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Can I collect the charm on the same day as purchase if I opt for engraving?
You won't be able to collect the charm on the same day if you opt for engraving.

- Online Purchase - 2 to 4 working days
- Store Purchase - 5 to 7 working days
What can I engrave? How much words can I engrave?
Alphabets and selected punctuations! You can preview what is allowed on the product page as every charm has its respective engravable space limits.
Can I watch the process of engraving if I purchase a pet charm?
Unfortunately the engraving is done at the back of house, hence you won't be able to watch the process.
What material is the pet charm made of?
Our pet charms are made of brass, plated with Rhodium or 18k Champagne Gold.
Can I engrave on other Curious Creatures jewelry?
Currently engraving services is only applicable for pet charms.
